SHOPPING CITY SÜD (VÖSENDORF/AUSTRIA)
Management | centre management/marketing of the previously largest European shopping centre with a rentable floor space of around 200,000 sqm and 25 million visitors every year | planning and development of the first multifunctional centre and Multiplex cinema in Austria.


SHOPPING CENTRE NORD (VIENNA/AUSTRIA)
Acceptance of centre management of the complete advertising and marketing responsibilities of the shopping centre. Optimisation of the existing branch mix through rent termination, re-letting and rent transfer. Implementation of cost optimisation measures in HVACR and preparing the extension of the shopping centre along with building a new cinema centre.

PASSAGE CITY CENTRE (LINZ/AUSTRIA)
With the acceptance of centre management a relaunch concept and a new CI were created. An architectural plan was drafted and accompanied during implementation which was based on the relaunch survey for implementing the measures. The optimisation of branch mix included letting space to Peek & Cloppenburg.

COLUMBUS CENTRE (VIENNA/AUSTRIA)
Drafting of a branch mix concept and participation in drafting of the architectural plan. Development of a CI and marketing plan for pre-letting and then the shopping centre; Renting out all business floor space before opening and simultaneous acceptance of centre management incl. all advertising and marketing responsibilities.

LANDHAUSBOULEVARD (ST. PÖLTEN/AUSTRIA)
Drafting an analysis of critical points and a new utilisation concept for the retail sector. Subsequently, take over of all rental floor space as a general tenant and sub-letting of the store floor space according to the new utilisation concept. Acceptance of the centre management and/or administrative responsibilities.
