GRIVITEI BUSINESS CENTRE (BUCHAREST/ROMANIA)

Evaluation of outline conditions regarding the property purchase; Preparing the funding for property purchase for an investor consortium; Preparing the planning of developing a multifunctional business park with a gross floor space of approx. 80,000 sqm incl. feasibility survey; Selection of additional investors and development partners for the implementation; Sale of the complete project to a developer.

Preparing all steps required for funding the property purchase and drafting of a project survey with the architect team; Clarification of legal prerequisites of purchase; Negotiations with hotel operators and pre-letting of office floor space; Identifying an end-investor for sale after completion.
